Bonn, 9 September 2026
Three days in Bonn, 750 participants, 95 suppliers: from 4 to 6 September 2026, LLG held its Sales Convention at the Maritim Hotel. The event takes place every two years and is the central meeting point of the cooperation.
At the trade show, 95 suppliers from the laboratory sector presented their latest developments from across the market; LLG itself and a number of shareholders were represented with stands of their own. The supplier training sessions then went into the detail, while a dedicated coaching session gave shareholders a hands-on introduction to the LLG portal of the new ERP system.
One of the highlights of Saturday evening was the presentation of the three supplier awards, chosen by the shareholders present. The award for Best After Sales went to OHAUS, Best Performance to IKA and Best Cooperation to Bürkle.
Personal exchange mattered just as much. On Friday evening, LLG hosted a get-together at the Maritim Hotel with a live performance by Raphael Loopro. Saturday evening continued in the Kameha Dome, the large glass hall of the Kameha Grand Hotel – in beautiful summer weather, with the terrace open right on the bank of the Rhine. DJ Nico Jansen later took over and kept the mood going well into the night. Among participants, the LLG party has long had legendary status, and this year lived up to expectations once again.
In his address to the audience, Managing Director Oliver Boensch looked ahead – to the transformation roadmap confirmed by the shareholders’ meeting in June, and above all to the spirit with which LLG is entering that future after a demanding year.
“When I look around this room, I see what LLG is: shareholders, suppliers, partners and employees under one roof. That is what carries this company – particularly in a year that has asked a great deal of us. Let us take that strength and that spirit with us into the years ahead,” said Boensch.
LLG brings together 35 shareholder companies operating in 30 countries across five continents, making it one of the world’s leading purchasing and service cooperations in laboratory supply distribution.
